    The Female Offending Blueprint has produced a Covid-19 tool kit, which provides practitioners with information to help support those female offenders being released from prison, and those already living in the community.   6. Integrated Offender Management Strategy

    Following a joint report by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation and Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services in February 2020, the Ministry of Justice and the Home Office have refreshed the strategy for Integrated Offender Management (IOM). The strategy focuses IOM on reducing neighbourhood crime including robbery, burglary, theft from the person and vehicle theft. Placing neighbourhood crime prevention at the centre of IOM will ensure swifter action, effective interventions and, ultimately, safer communities.
